You are not alone! Learning to build a beautiful board can take years of trial-and-error, or you can attend one of Liz’s charcuterie classes!
Liz has been an educator for over 20 years, starting with writing classes at a community arts center, then grad school, then 10+ years as an English professor (which she still does on the side!). She is also an Outschool teacher and a teacher of online and in-person writing workshops. And as of 2024, charcuterie classes, too!
Having an experienced teacher walk you through the charcuterie board building process is so much better than struggling on your own.
At a Charcuterie with Liz workshop, you will learn how to select ingredients and build a beautiful board that fits your taste–both artistically and in flavor. You will leave with lots of new knowledge about charcuterie boards and experience building a single-serve board.
